Pros

The company is big enough to show you how corporations are structured. Processes and documentation can give you the basics on how the company operates. Well integrated into the EMEA region so lots of experiences in an international business can be found.

Cons

Salary and benefits are only for senior management. Very far away from digital work place, despite trying to transform they have only words not the mindset. Friends come first, trust comes second.
