I receive my salary on time. At least they give you a PC and a antique mobile phone that it hardly has coverage

Cons

They do not care about those who are working as external in their customers. They only want to charge to their customers for your work. They try to sell they idea that ricoh cares about you but they only want to hear of you to inform about how many days of holiday you have taken. They do not manage their external. Ricoh only pays the wage and it is the customer who manage you. To sum up, the customer manage you but they do not pay you and either they care about you. So doesnt ricoh.
