      Pros

      Schedule flexibility; location flexibility; decent pay; easy work. Overall, this is a mind numbingly easy and unchallenging company to work for and a perfect fit for people without a desire to improve.

      Cons

      Very few high quality managers; no job mobility; an almost willful disregard for intellectual curiosity; arrogant and unavailable senior management; rampant petty politics; disinterested coworkers. Overall, the back office and supporting function environments are some of the most toxic I've experienced with a total lack of teamwork and integrity.

      Excellent start for a inexperienced salesman looking to get great training and much needed experience.

      Cons

      Low base pay with ever decreasing commissions. Also, Micromanagement. Absolutely unattainable sales quotas.
