      Pros

      Benefits are great, training is good, great coworkers, people are willing to help, managers willing to help. This is great company to get your feet wet.

      Cons

      Management style is horrible, unprofessional, they don't know how to lead and motivate their employees, constantly making poor decisions, micro managing, people leaving from left to right. IT help desk (Infosys is a JOKE) is just a night mare, nothing gets done by IT, very slow process (zzzzzz) they close IT tickets without any explanation (maybe that's is how it works in India but NOT in US) and the list goes on...

      Great people in the mid to low rankings

      Cons

      Upper managemnt completely out of touch with field, say they want to get clost to customer but have created emense red tape barriers to allow it to happen. They 'measure the measurements' of Key performance indicataros.....and to be safe they mesure them again.

      Abusive and sexist management, intimidation and bullying are the tools of leadership. Terrible place to be a female over 40 as you will be treated poorly, especially if you have talent and wish to use it to be successful. Constantly changing approach to the marketplace and constantly changing territories has damaged this once good company. Now, its run by people who have no clue what they are doing unless it involves bullying and intimidation.
