      Pros

      I like the fact that I get to go to a new site everyday or every week. Most sites are really slow so there is a lot of sitting around. Some sites are super busy which makes the time go by faster.

      Cons

      I dont like how some of the site managers treat us, like we are stupid and dont know what we are doing. Some of them also take our help for granted and give us all the work to do. It is very hard to get a promotion if you are a good employee. They try to keep you at that position because they dont want to train a new person.

      Lack of urgency. Allows you to stagnate - laid back with good vacation

      Cons

      Lack of urgency. Senior leaders have no idea what they are doing. They lack the ability and experience to take the company in a new direction. Clueless!!
