Great team environment between colleagues from the same position, if it's one of your first job experiences you have the opportunity to learn a lot

Cons

Really low salary compared with other similar jobs in the market. No benefits as private health insurance, meal allowance. Managers doesn't care about people, they give you a lot of workload and they only want to see results, the company doesn't care about you as human person. Promotion opportunities are low, if you're good in your job they'll keep you there without an increase in your salary or opportunities to grow in another area, they only will give you more work and leave you there, reason why there's a big employees rotation.
