      Pros

      The recruitmwnt and induction process were amazing- fluid, transparent and fast moving. It is rare to see so effective and nice HR! Other positive thing for the Sant Cugat office were the people, I've met some really kind and friendly people which also is not common. Additionally, the office is well connected with public transport, also it has a comedor where in the mornings is offered a variety of breakfast items at very reasonable prices and at lunch there is a good choice of meals. Another positive are the working hours flexibility and the option for home office (starting from the 3rd month onward) I really enjoyed working there.

      Cons

      If you don't live close-by, it could be really tiering to commute daily to the office. There is the home office option as mentioned above but starts from the 3rd month onward when supposedly the new employee is fully autonomous.
