      They will take almost anyone

      They do not pay a living wage, they bog you down with nonsense that their customers don’t want or agree to and then treat their employees very badly

      There are lot of good and hardworking people trying to make positive contribution. Good Compnesation.

      Cons

      IT Leadership treats employees like slaves (sorry to use such word but there is nothing that explains the IT leadership mentality and behavior towards employees). In a way they are causing mental trauma with the way they interact, also impacting people's self esteem and worthiness. No work life balance, IT leadership feels they are privileged to call employees anytime they want and make them work on anything they want irrespective of importance or urgency. The overall culture was so stressful that I had to deal with constance headache, I didn't experience anything like that since leaving the company.
