Upper Management has no clue what is going on, and the middle management is even worse, which feeds upper management a bunch of lies until they finally fire enough staff that is supposed to be the problem, and when that don’t work, they come up with a new policy and change up a perfectly good working old routine that work for companies that they had bought out before and when that doesn’t work they go back and change it again, and the dumb idiots in upper management don’t even pay attention to what’s going on and don’t even care! Worthless company and don’t know when to leave well enough along!!!
