      -Work life balance -Most colleagues are friendly

      Cons

      -Open office style, unfriendly working environemnt as you don't have your own seat, therefore, you won't able to develop the sense of belonging in this company -BAD medical benefits, you can only visit the network doctors of your medical card. It's stinginess! -Too focus on sales department, undervalue the other department, i.e. marketing and IT -No vision and career advancement -Terrible documentation
