      Pros

      Work Environment, Core Values, and work/ personal life balance.

      Cons

      Many things can be listed here and no I did not get fired or laid off. To start as many of you may know that this company needs and has had a big shake up in management from firing the CEO along with the president. The management seems to pick and choose which rules it likes to follow. Many sales can be taken away from you without knowledge until you don't receive your commission check for all of the work you put in. I would personally rate the company half a star if possible.

      A lot of paid vacation and holidays... Just enough to keep your sanity.

      Cons

      Not enough pay to support a household. The management can make the work place stressful with their "best friend priority" rules. Definitely a whorish environment.

      It is a job while you look for a decent one

      Cons

      Company is extremely cheap. The pay is poor and they expect a lot of work for not much in return. They are constantly asking employees for money for things like holiday dinners. They are constantly taking and do not reciprocate. The management are not very strategic or smart . The infrastructure is a mess. This is a job for uneducated folks who are mediocre workers and entirely unprofessional.
