Pros

The health benefits are fair, they were not what I expected being a global fortune 500 company though. However their technology and products are superior and cutting edge. Also Senior managament on a local level is very frugal and cost consceince.

Cons

They do not pay people what they are worth. Experienced sales people are paid the same as entry level which is $26,000 per year. With the mileage you are required to drive within your territory the math does not work in your favor even with the car allowance of $3000.00. Also local managements agenda is in consistent with the corporate directives.

Pros

Decent training program that will help you build a B2B background to find a better job. Other employers love to see a copier background.

Cons

Very low senior management competence. They create an environment that makes you think you cannot be successful at any other sales job. Favoritism plays a huge role in making monthly quotas and most managers are either condenscending or genuinely do not want to help when there is a problem. They'll teach you something once and as soon as you forget, they will speak down to you as if you are incompetent.

Pros

Been in the field where you have more freedom, I go home early and get paid for my full day of work.

Cons

No opportunities to advance in the company, you must know someone or kiss ass. you don't get a company car like other companies do(at least not yet...still waiting...) too much work not enough pay for the type of work we do and still waiting for my promissed raise!... Too much corporate thinktanks, politics. Upper management only see numbers not whats really happening in the field, with equipment and customers. Supervisors and Managers are on POWERTRIPS they are never WRONG always RIGHT.
