The best reason is the job flexibility. In sales you are able to build your own week which is maybe the only pro about working there.

Cons

The cons include, but are not limited to: extremely competitive work environment, office politics, unprofessional employee conduct, unrealistic goals (in an attempt to trick you into believing what is obtainable, no gas or phone subsidy...

The product and the services they offer are really good and I believed in them. The infrastructure is nicely established, well known worldwide.

Cons

One word Management: this is at every level with exception to certain individuals, all they care about is themselves and everyone else is just a number.

Pros

The non-management people... co-workers were great. There were many community outreach programs and, at one time, the benefits were good.

Cons

It's a company of technicians who have been promoted to their level of incompetence. Too many of the managers don't have a clue as to how to manage people. Most of them don't have a natural gift for it either.
