      Company that cares and knows where it's going

      Pros

      I have been quite impressed with the leadership and management of my office. I've also been blown away by the internal learning and training resources. Base pay is base pay, so it's not a ton, but the commission compensation seems good, and there are multiple ways to earn bonuses. Lots of extra learning opportunities as well.

      Cons

      Everything has gone computerized and is being done in new systems Ricoh is developing in house. The systems are good, but some people are having trouble adjusting. If you're computer savvy and self-motivated, you'll do well.

      Pros

      Opportunity to work with the Oracle system and expand my personal knowledge base. I didn't like it, but at least I am familiar with it enough to take that knowledge somewhere else. I liked most of my coworkers that I interacted with via email and in person. Most cared enough to be very helpful.

      Cons

      There are some within the company structure that feel that we are in battle to see who will come out on top, instead of seeing the bigger picture, that we are ( or were) one company. The IKON vs Ricoh, us vs them mentality is quite tiresome and childish. For it to be allowed as long as it has is frustrating. Also, there seems to be different standards that apply to different locations.
