      Pros

      The harder you work, the more money you will make though having a good territory makes it that much easier.

      Cons

      Sink or swim attitude when you first arrive. Support is very dependent upon your manager, does he / she groom their people or only focus on their star performers? As a result turnover is fairly high.

      They had good products and paid pretty well.

      Cons

      The cultural environment is a mess. The Senior Management team were/are incompetent, they lacked leadership skills and were generally dishonest people. There is a management by fear philosophy. There is a strong work/life imbalance and not much emotional intelligence within the organization.
