Pros

Very large portfolio of offerings and solid financials. The salary/commission/bonus/spiff plan makes it possible to be very well paid. The technology is frequently updated to stay on the edge of trends. You are provided with excellent training and tools.

Cons

Sometimes burdensome bureacracy in implementing promises to customers cuts into selling time.

Pros

InfoPrint is trying to embrace new development approaches with their software projects.

Cons

Some projects challenge the notion of work/life balance and often ask the employees to go above and beyond a lot to counter schedules that were too aggressive. On some projects, this is being addressed (see Pros), where on others, it has become part of the culture.
