Pros

The work environment is pretty friendly. There is plenty of opportunity for overtime. Management is considerate and understanding of employees who require family or medical leave.

Cons

When large equipment deployments come in, employees are required to work very long hours, nights and weekends, sometimes 80+ hours in a week. Changes in job responsibilities are not always clearly communicated to employees. There doesn't seem to be a system in place for training new employees.

Pros

There is a lot of potential to make a lot of money. If you pay attention you can use the pay structure to your advantage.

Cons

Very little opportunity for promotion. You must put in 5 to 10 years before you see any real growth in your business and the true income potential. You have to be willing to make a great deal of financial and personal sacrifices in order to be successful.
