Pros

Lots of Training and Respect from other employees.

Cons

Horrible senior management. They have no clue of what new technology is about. They still rely on copiers and printers while we are in the IP world. They expect you to wear a tie which makes you look like a clumsy sales person. The Japanese should start learning the IT culture. Neckties are completely obsoletely and a joke to many customers.

Pros

The benefits package is great! Health, dental, vision, 401k, life, ad&d, everything you need is readily available for you. The actual job is easy as well. A fifteen year old could perform the tasks well. The salary is fits well with the positions duties.

Cons

They are a really strict company. Since I worked 8:30 - 5:30 everyday, it was really hard to run errands during normal business hours. If you want a job with more freedom, this isn't the job for you; especially since you have to clock in and clock out everyday.
