      Very very busy with constant distractions due to major mergers, disasters, system changes and job uncertainties .

      Pros

      Ricoh is very competitive and has a very long, diverse and aggressive business plan which should allow it to survive future economic conditions. If you like "change" then this is the company for you because Ricoh is always changing and adapting.

      Cons

      Ricoh has a very strict hierarchy where communication can be diluted or lost from workers to upper-management. The average employee feels a sense of paranoia and are fearful of expressing opinions and suggestions to management, especially if it involves a problem or criticism.

      Pros

      At Ricoh employees were very riendly people. Great work environment and very stable company at the time I worked there.

      Cons

      At Ricoh the pay was low compared to other companies out there. Bonuses were not given to all employees but mainly the sales team.

      The Ricoh America Corporation is still growing company and career growth is still possible. There are many different divisions you can join or transfer to.

      Ricoh America Corporation is still going through some growing pain needing to downsize Mid level management throughout the United States
