Many changes have occured over the last several years and has left the field very confused on the direction of the company. Need to stabilize leadership and stay focused on the vision of the company and future.

Considered a great proving ground for successful sales professionals; Could potentially make your next career choice seem like a dream job!

Cons

There are far too many to name but here are a few. Extremely poor communication internally and with the client base. Very poor and broken processes with no accountability or indication of future change. Company tracks and focuses on information that doesn't neccessarily lead to profitable growth. Be prepared to spend an inordinant amount of time doing "busy work" versus spending time in front of the customer.
