Pros
my career is controller and it has many of positive so i like it because it teaches me how i be manage very thing even if so big problem and how to solve it and in other side i do many tasks for example data entry,HR,some of tasks related of warehouse and accounting department and telesales so it make me understand of all jobs.
Cons
when i talk about negative, it doesn't has levels of position so if i will be in this career for five years i will not go to next level, i will be in the same level. So i search other job be has many of levels, i like to be in challange and i will be always target to get next level. i am always dream to be a manager.
