flex time. free coffee for now.

Cons

Ricoh keeps on merging with failed or struggling subsidiaries, and then allowing management of these weak subsidiaries drive Ricoh core business. Takes Ricoh Japan a very long time to wake up and see what's happening in the US. No training. Senior Management from failed companies in charge now. You open your mouth your out!
