      Pros

      Ricoh management listen to the voices of it's employees and works with them to make a more unified place to work. They use a very fair approach with every division within.

      Cons

      They are struggling with the unification since the purchase of Ikon office solutions. There are so many smaller divisions within the company that are still in the dark with there future.

      Pros

      there is flexibility. The people are very friendly and upbeat team.

      Cons

      no work for weeks or sometimes you will work 1 or 2 days out of a week. During certain months you will work a full week.

      Pros

      Great comrades, OK support system, RICOH has it own technical school so you are supplied updates. All tool were supplied at the time but unsure as of today. Communications with managers are sometimes unavailable but they will always return calls when possible.

      Cons

      Isolation (area), Hierarchy, non-compassion for situations, Constantly unfairly compared to mainland counterparts. Very troublesome to get machine support since we are isolated in the Pacific. Because each of the Hawaiian Islands are different in culture the mainland management does not seen this very important fact. All they see is the accounting "numbers" and thus tends to loose good customers because of lack of compassion for the situation.
