- Ricoh buys IKON (a company who is losing money) and decides its a good idea to put the IKON executives in charge?? - A major corporation who cannot pay its employees correctly and then penalizes the employees for the payroll departments mistakes. Even after the employees question and let them know their pay is incorrect. Why not hold the payroll dept. accountable and not mess with employees finances by making them pay back the mistake that others made. There is no accountability. - A major corporation that cannot pay its hard working employees on time.
