- Provides jobs in the defense industry. - Employs many contractors, giving semi-skilled people sources of income.

Cons

- Used to be a company that put people first when it was SA owned. - The MD makes all decisions in the company & disempowers people. - If a your manager feels you are not ideal to fit their agenda, HR will simply offer you a package to terminate your employment. You do not need to make mistakes for this to be warranted. They are happy to buy you out & have done it to me as well as many others. - If you want to take it to the CCMA, the company is content to lose & will "settle" with you there.
