Pros

A leading company in defence systems' integration where you will be exposed to big and interesting projects.

Cons

Training is scarce, if provided at all and possibilities of advancement within the company are rare. If you are used to companies whose cultures embrace diversity, then this may not be the best place for you.

Pros

Good prospects for future growth in Australia and globally.

Cons

Company is in a state of transition. Still has to adapt to Australian culture and norms. Working for an international company means being available outside normal (Australian) working hours.
