- Overtime compensated - No finger pointing. If you make a mistake, or don't know something, state it and most likely you've identified a gap that needs to be filled.

Cons

- Understaffed. Lots of work per person and deadline pressures. As a result, a lot of projects aren't the most innovative and instead are focused on completing the bare minimum to please the customer.
