Good company to work for, stable regardless of the external environment in South Africa. Good employee wellness programs. Competitive salaries offered with good annual bonus scheme and adjustments for medical aid increases etc. Nice additional perks, cellphone, subsidised canteen etc.

Cons

Extremely high-pressure working environment. No hybrid / remote working opportunities. Some departments foster toxic working environments due to that specific department's leader, it becomes about showing how busy you are so that others can see, who comes into the office first and who leaves the office last, the wrong metrics are valued.
