      Working for a cutting edge business pushing the innovation frontier. Progression and promotion is rapid, if your performance is excellent. Plenty of opportunity to work on high profile work streams.

      Cons

      Lean organisation, which can create pressure when there are vacancies on teams. Rigid approach to project management, which can be difficult for new joiners unaccustomed to the approach.
