      Pros

      Salary and remote working conditions, perks for lunch, medical insurance, also the office itself with snacks.

      Cons

      Management, including direct supervisors, fosters a toxic work environment by imposing high targets without considering overall contributions. Even if you go the extra mile—working additional hours, generating numerous leads, and converting customers—it ultimately doesn’t matter if your numbers aren’t high enough. Instead of recognizing effort and dedication, they dismiss employees without regard for their overall performance. Customers who invest only a small amount are deemed a waste of time, and the focus is solely on pushing for more. What’s most disappointing is that, after initially being passionate about the company, it turned into a workplace where employees feel undervalued, unappreciated, and even criticized for taking well-deserved time off when their performance metrics dip.

      A place to grow, learn and be challenged

      Pros

      - Surrounded by high ambitious, clever people whom you can learn a lot - Working on a hyper-growth company that is building a product that is being used by +50M people and challening traditional banking - The data environment follows best data engineering practices & principles, which makes data quick to be accessed and analysed. The time from investigation to insight is much quicker than other companies I've worked for. - Data is the center of every business and product decision, so as a DA you can influence a lot those kind of decisions. - Part of the Data Analyst compensation is in Stock Options, which is an important since the company has been in a steep growth trajectory in the last years (and it does not seem like it's stopping). - Very nice atmosphere in the Barcelona office

      Cons

      - The working style at the company might not be for everyone. Revolut's 'no bull****', 'never settle' and 'be bold' mentality might be seen as too harsh for some people that wants to take their professional life more lightly. - The fact that you're always surrended by high-ambitious, high-achiever personalities might not also be for everyone. Everything can be improved, more optimised, and be better in general. And that can arise self-doubt on some people if they are not used to that style. - Expect longer hours than your traditional 9-5 office job

      The company fosters a high-performance culture where you are constantly challenged to improve. The biggest highlights is being surrounded by some of the most talented individuals in the industry. The level of expertise and ambition across teams is inspiring, and there is always someone willing to help you develop new skills. The fast-paced nature of the company ensures that no two days are the same, making it an exciting and rewarding place to work. Compensation

      Cons

      This is not the place for those looking for a slow-paced or routine job. The high expectations and rapid growth mean that the workload can sometimes (not very often, tho) be intense.
