Hello. Thanks for your review. At Revolut, we’re committed to fostering a work environment that promotes collaboration, respect, and personal growth. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same goals, and direct support where it's needed. KPIs are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure we’re all aligned. We strive to foster a culture of trust and autonomy. That's why we empower our employees to take ownership of their work and make independent decisions, for example, through our flexible, remote-first work arrangement. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Hi! Thank you for your review! Our team works hard to ensure salary and benefits competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark. Our goals are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure they’re exciting not only for the company, but for the Revoluter too. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same priorities, and to direct teamwork effort where it's needed. Revolut is known for its Never Settle and Get it Done values, which are two things that draw many people to the company, along with its fast-paced, innovative environment. We want to encourage people to thrive on these values, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance, being aware of the signs of burnout, and looking after their own wellbeing. As you are our current employee, I encourage you to discuss any issues either with your manager, or function leader. We’re constantly looking to ensure that we support the people who enable us to create great products and support our customers. Wishing you all the best.

Pros

Base pay and nothing else.

Cons

From the first moment, Onboarding horrible, people not showing up. But the worst part is - managers that dont care, you are just a number and you dont have anyone to learn from. NO COMPANY CULTURE! People burned. KPI insane, but even if you manage to do them - no numbers - bye. Both managers without any connection with the team, most of the day not even available, during 1 to 1 huge disrespect. You can only have a client if he is by some magic, private user of Revolut. And those numbers that they are showing , what you can earn (bonus), complete lie. Maybe after a year. So think twice before you subbmit your application.
