Hi! Thank you for your review! Our team works hard to ensure salary and benefits competitiveness across markets, although we're obviously in a very competitive market. We regularly assess and compare our people's pay to adjust it to the current benchmark. Our goals are discussed and agreed between line managers and employees, to make sure they’re exciting not only for the company, but for the Revoluter too. We believe that clear performance expectations help us all focus on the same priorities, and to direct teamwork effort where it's needed. Revolut is known for its Never Settle and Get it Done values, which are two things that draw many people to the company, along with its fast-paced, innovative environment. We want to encourage people to thrive on these values, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance, being aware of the signs of burnout, and looking after their own wellbeing.
