Pros

no pros - I hated this company

Cons

- toxic culture - unmanageable micro management - unattainable targets - incompetent managers. The pay LOOKS high, but that's simply because you'll be working 5 jobs in one. Trust me, it's better to be payed less than to not work for this terrible company anymore

Hi! Thank you for your review! We're sorry you're having such a poor experience with us. Revolut is known for its Never Settle and Get it Done values, which are two things that draw many people to the company, along with its fast-paced, innovative environment. We want to encourage people to thrive on these values, while also maintaining a healthy work/life balance, being aware of the signs of burnout, and looking after their own wellbeing. As you're a current employee please do raise you concerns with your line manager or HR. We take all feedback seriously and we'll try to address your concerns. We're constantly working on making Revolut a great place to work. We wish you the best.

Pros

The only benefit is the policy to work abroad for two months.

Cons

Unfortunately the company doesn't have a culture to keep their employees. There is not health insurance for employees based in Spain. From HR no-one takes responsibility about vague promises in this matter during the hiring process. Not benefits related to restaurant tickets or partnerships with local gyms. It's discriminatory the fact that Revolut employee's enjoy those benefits in the UK, but there are missing for some employees based in European countries. Besides that they have changed the "rules" for promotions several times in less than a year, which means that there is not continuity in strategies implemented. A total disaster in terms of motivation.
