Revolut is a good company to grow and develop my career

We're facing increasing internal objections from departments like COS and FCE, preventing us from doing our jobs properly. It's easy to think they're putting obstacles in our way to stop us from moving forward, but the targets keep getting higher.

- Results can be seen quickly, as teams are pushed to achieve goals and solve problems, always being ambitious - Lots of learning opportunities with L&D system and from colleagues - High talent bar in staff, and highly motivated - makes it an inspiring place to work - Being part of a company that's growing so fast, and changing the game of finance is very exciting - Structured quarterly feedback allows for progression and career growth is a clear path - Possibility to grow and move roles internally (after 1 year I have succeeded in moving roles, to follow the path I was aiming for)
