Pros

While being a heavily regulated, huge company, Revolut still manages to keep that start-up spirit inside the teams. There's huge potential for growth - both with challenging projects directly in the team as well as with internal mobility to help one to try themselves in another field. No success can be build by one person alone - the teamwork is at the core of every project Revolut delivers. Amount of cross-team collaboration I do is way beyond what I had before

Cons

Like any other big tech, company has several challenges when it comes to scaling internal tools to all of the teams inside. Still, they handle it better than any other company I've worked with

Working at Revolut has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Every day I feel like I am working at the absolute state of the art in the banking industry. What stands out the most is the perfect balance between high-level innovation and crystal-clear processes. Despite being a fast-moving fintech, the teams are highly organized, and the workflows are well-defined, which allows you to focus on what really matters: learning and delivering value. I genuinely love connecting every morning to start my work. There is a constant stream of new things to learn, and you are surrounded by a team that is pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in finance. If you are looking for a place where you can grow technically and professionally in a structured environment, this is it.

Cons

The pace is fast and the standards are high, so it requires a proactive mindset and good time management. It’s not a place for "autopilot," but that’s also why it’s so exciting.
