Hello! Thank you for telling us about your time at Revolut. We've always valued innovation as a cornerstone of the Revolut brand, and we're so pleased you found that to be true while you were still with us. Revolut grown from a small business to a large one, and some negative experiences did surface as common problems during our rapid growth. We've since taken a closer look at them and have come up with a suite of initiatives to create a more positive experience for our people. That being said, it is quite a serious allegation to say that salaries were paid incorrectly many times. We hope you had raised them for clarification internally, or escalated that to the Global People team for further investigation. We wish you the best in your next role.

Revolut is a fast-growing company that has, in five years, achieved presence in over 30 countries. This was made possible by the ambition and dedication of our amazing Revoluters. We know though that startups aren't for everyone. We're constantly growing and that adds new challenges and it's sometimes hard. We work hard to support Revoluters and it's a shame when it doesn't work out. While our workforce is very diverse we recognise that that is less so as you reach the top and we're endeavouring to change that.
