      Brand Recognition Across Poland and EU.

      Cons

      Toxic company culture and poor working environment. Team leaders are too young and inexperienced with no emotional intelligence . Use of aggressive verbal and written communication is thinly veiled as being "To the point. Virtually no body is able to communicate in English effectively which leads to absolute chaos across all departments. Teams do not know how to work together. Huge amount of people are depressed or suffering from anxiety. Overall very depressing. No job security.

Most Revoluters thrive on their shared aims and achievements but we know that it might not be for everyone.       Horrible culture! stay away at all cost

      - fast pace - some really talented people

      Cons

      - does not honor employment contract. Benefits promised in my contract were simply not honored. No apologies or any other form of compensation. - Horrible culture. Management shows no empathy or care for employees. - Little or no attention to risk management...i feel that ticking bomb is waiting to go off - no such thing as work life balance....management expects you to work at least 12 hours a day - after I resigned, my last pay cheque was lower then what I was expecting. E-mailed HR but has not received any response for nearly 2 month now.

      Great place to learn and develop your skills

      Pros

      - great place to develop your skills - lots of opportunities to evolve - good reward system (salary, bonuses, etc) - performance feedback is provided on quarterly bases - lots of decision freedom in the PO position - respect for good quality deliveries

      Cons

      - too many responsibilities as a PO, the job involves lots of Project Management - life/work balance can be bad at times
