+ salary higher by 100-300 euros than other similar jobs; + (before Covid times): plenty of office food and snacks with everything that you could imagine, plus pizza Fridays; + challenging and cool environment;

Cons

- work exhaustion related to job role; - overly polite/rigid office atmosphere at times; - diminishing of transparency from top to bottom levels due to complexity and nature of the structure / corporate politics;

My experience has been nothing but extremely positive. My peers and trainers are very approachable, the environment is very healthy and I have been feeling something that I have never experienced in another company: they do really appreciate our work and make sure to let us know how appreciated we are.
