- Strongly technical - Seniors/Leads do have an extensive knowledge - Helpful peers - Loads of work - Really flexible working hours - Well paid

Cons

- If you team does not generate revenue, you might be the only one for your platform - The pressure to get things done is crazy - They say Quality, quality, quality! ... But they want now! - HR seems overloaded. Probably because it doesn't produce revenue :)
