A solid place to work if you are a software engineer. There are lots of smart people here. So no matter your skill level, you will meet many talended, knowledgable individuals to learn from. Another apect is the great product. Seems this is because the founders truly care about it, down to the last tiny detail. And it shows. This is the case where you are building something you can always proudly recommend to a friend.

Cons

You have to work hard and you have to deliver. Both is only possible long term if you enjoy what you are doing.
