* Good compensation package * Fast company growth, which can eventually lead to individual growth opportunities * Feedback from employees is properly considered for actioning towards improving employee satisfaction

Cons

* As most employees work remotely, this can give a feeling of isolation at times, but once you get used to the set up it's all rolling fine * As a fast-growing company, some areas can be a bit messy, but this also creates opportunity for you to influence on how things shape up
