Pros

I really do not have any pros working for Repsol

Cons

Incredible amount of bureaucracy. Not allowed to make any decision without consultation with Madrid management.

Pros

A pro is that nobody has any loyalty in this company.

Cons

As a place to work, this is as unorganized as it gets. They only way to move up is to be a yes man and do everything that you are told to do. If you somewhat have an opinion that differs from MADRID you will be run out of town. The pay is 15-20% below market value, with mediocre at best benefits.

Pros

401k Match and recent push for employee satisfaction (trying to reduce these negative reviews)

Cons

Recruitment of quality employees lacking. Systems, internal controls, and employee pride is average at best. High reliance on inexperienced ex-pats to perform Management jobs. Recent lawsuit in Texas (by Matrix) is very concerning; what lies ahead?
