Nice working location Some decent beenfits altough they are slowing being stripped away

Pros

You can brag being in the company that sponsors Marc Marquez. Special treatment to Spaniard or spanish speaker.

Cons

1. Employees are not compensated fairly. In most cases are underpaid. Repsol would rather hire new people with higher salary than rewarding own/existing staff. 2. Management would give you more responsibility, promotion to higher position, but in most cases without any salary increase or compensation. 3. Too much bureaucracies. 4. Management are not transparent. 5. Office politics are more toxic than Hydrogen Sulfide.
