      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.

      -Great benefits provided by the company including a healthy 401k match -Streamlined job responsibilities by department -Helpful coworkers who are willing to show you around -Great tenure overall for most team members -Fun culture and flexibility

      Cons

      Although you are able to move within different departments pretty seamlessly, I found that these ranges could be lower than industry competitors.
