      Very poor people management view for the EyP Business

      Pros

      Good salary, although increasingly less and less competitive.

      Cons

      Very uneven situation depending on where you belong to (marketing, EyP, industrial, corporate...). Employees in EyP squeezed by a very negative fear culture, very poor reward system and little worry for talent retention.

      Pros

      Good colleagues, good brand, good learning. When you don't work on the weekend you can enjoy life in the great city of Madrid.

      Cons

      Long hours, no bonus, understaffed. This is my personal experience - I don't know the rest of the company. Other people seem happy.
