Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow. Balance work/personal life. Huge company with different cultures of work between different business that allow you to probe different kind of companies in the same company..

Cons

There are some people with important roles who have the bureaucratic culture of a state company. This is not the place to work if you want to go up quickly.

Pros

Not extra long work hours. The company has a good growth perspective. Fairly good training depending on your boss. If not satisfied at your current position you have the possibility to change sector and activity within the company.

Cons

Very slow career progress. Little difference in compensation between better and worse employees. Many old former "public" employees with little will to work can turn out into a depressing atmosphere.
