Pros

Competitive employer contribution to 401(k) plan Above average health plan benefits Above average bonus compensation Training encouraged for performance reviews

Cons

3 years to be 100% vested in your 401(k) and if you leave before 3 years you lose all the employer contribution Performance reviews are biased towards those in headquarters (Spain) No fast track career movement, everyone is corralled into the same career progression which is slim to none Interdepartmental transfers are not allowed until after being in the same position for three years IT department is a mess Minimal paid vacation time
