Pros

That I still have a job?

Cons

I have a job, and they let me know to be thankful for it. All of the management, with very little exception, is rotated out expats from Spain. They don't let you rotate positions, no advancement is possible (unless you are Spanish), and they don't even try very hard when they pretend to care about you. This is seriously a very bad place to be, and the feeling is shared across many departments. I would rate them 0 starts if I could. Absolute worst environment I've ever been in.

Pros

I work in Campus in Madrid. Good work/life balance, ok benefits, if you got in 20 years ago, you have maintained great conditions and have young professionals doing the work...not much of a pro for the company or everyone else...

Cons

Low pay, lack of growth opportunities, your future is highly dependent on where you land within the company and who is your director, some of them are awful at managing professionals.

Good work life balance. Good working experience.
