Pros

I work in Campus in Madrid. Good work/life balance, ok benefits, if you got in 20 years ago, you have maintained great conditions and have young professionals doing the work...not much of a pro for the company or everyone else...

Cons

Low pay, lack of growth opportunities, your future is highly dependent on where you land within the company and who is your director, some of them are awful at managing professionals.

There is no communication between departments. No professionalism or accountability from employees by management

Location The Woodlands, luv it Beginner oil & gas experience

Cons

Pay is very low, 5 yrs contract before hiring perm, no safety measures whatsoever, employees are very unhappy, events to employees only co. picnic for employees only no family allowed for any event, poor management, most employees do not speak English, difficult to communicate w/other employees,caters to ppl from Spain (if you're hispanic you're out of luck)
