      Pros

      Repsol is an integrated energy company, with offices located worldwide which provides multicultural environment. Repsol acts as operator in most of Joint Ventures and leads an important number of mixed companies.

      Cons

      The current low oil prices, among other factors, will reduce resources for training and participating in new projects. Lack of implementing "people/workers review programs" efficiently in order to maximize professional careers.

      Highly discriminatory. Upper management does not have room to work with their employees. Hence, high turnover. Many contract workers. Unstabble environment.
