Pros

Good work life balance. Job stability especially interesting in a low oil price context. Good expat conditions.

Cons

Low salaries. Excessive bureaucracy (legacy of being a state-owned company in the past). Inefficient IT services.

Pros

There are processes in place for everything and the people from head office are friendly and seem to want to learn from other cultures.

Cons

It appears that everything moves quite slowly and there is a silo mentality in which the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
